Admission Procedures for Certificate Program

1. Student must be a CUA graduate student in good standing.
2. Student consults with their school's faculty advisor, a person affiliated with the CISD, in order 
    to plan details of program.
3. Application referred to Certificate Application's Committee for action.
4. The CISD Co-Directors will administer program.
5. At completion of course requirements, student receives a certificate signed by Co-Directors.
